We serve children and families in the metro New York area (all 5 boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley, Long Island and Albany), Virginia/DC area, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware. This Position is in: NYC, NY Cases available throughout Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island boroughs. Clinical Psychologist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team! This job is located in NYC, NY. Wage Evaluations $166.00-$298.00 Department Clinical Benefits Flexible work schedule Access provided to our paperless billing and data collection system (training provided). Available benefits include: medical, dental, vision and 401k. Job Responsibilities Administer Psychological Evaluations in home and/or school based settings. Gather necessary information to conduct social histories. Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner. Write Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and/or Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) goals. Determine need for additional assessments per observation and child needs. Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines. Requirements Must have a passion for working with children and families! Valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus! Physical Requirements Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including but not limited to: Driving a personal vehicle, walking and/or the use of public transportation such as a bus or train. The ability to ascend and descend staircases. The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly. The ability to sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods of time. Starting Rate Per evaluation $166.00-$298.00 Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during the Clinical Psychologist Job interview process.
