Senior Manager, HR Business Partner supporting Regeneron's R&D (Research & Preclinical Development), mainly Engineering and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- partner with HR leadership to develop and execute HR strategies, support talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and change initiatives;
- collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and managers to address team needs and foster high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a scientific or HR field);
- 8+ years of HR experience, ideally within pharma/biopharma/biotech;
- strong relationship-building, influencing, and employee relations skills;
- experience with data-driven solutions, project management, and navigating ambiguity.
High Value
- biotech/pharma industry experience, R&D focus, on-site in Tarrytown, NY, with some strategic HR project involvement.
Work Setup
- onsite 4 days/week;
- salary $134,400–$219,200.
