Morgan Financial is looking for a personable, driven, and process-minded salesperson to train as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Mortgage experience is not required. We will teach you the mortgage business—you bring the ability to communicate, follow up, learn, and make the calls.

This is a sales role for someone who is willing to initiate conversations, build relationships, and work consistently toward measurable goals.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and business contacts 
• Follow up by phone, text, and email 
• Build relationships with borrowers and referral partners 
• Learn mortgage products and borrower qualification 
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up activities 
• Follow established sales, operational, and compliance processes 
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, and support teams 
• Progress toward independently originating mortgage loans

• Previous sales experience in any industry 
• Confidence speaking with people by phone 
• A friendly, professional, and engaging personality 
• Strong follow-through and organization 
• Ability to work within a structured process 
• Coachability and willingness to improve 
• Comfort working toward activity and production goals 
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude 

Compensation and LicensingCompensation is the greater of:

• $50,000 annual salary, or 
• 50 basis points—0.50%—of eligible closed loan volume

Applicants must already hold an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license or be able to complete the required education, testing, and licensing process within 60 days of starting.
