What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machines to produce high‑quality parts

• Keep equipment running smoothly through adjustments, inspections, and basic troubleshooting

• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools accurately

• Spot issues early and correct them before they slow down production

• Maintain a clean, safe, and focused work environment

What You Bring

• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read measurements and follow specifications

• Dependability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime when needed

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills for tracking production data
