Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for a manufacturing and medical device company in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet strict quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and quality control processes. Inspect, measure, and test incoming materials, production parts, and finished products for conformance to specifications

Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, and indicators

Record inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality documentation

Identify and control non-conforming materials in accordance with company procedures

Maintain product identification and traceability throughout the inspection process

Assist with quality audits, process documentation, and equipment calibration activities

Communicate quality concerns and material status to supervisors, engineering, and production teams

Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to use precision measuring and testing equipment accurately

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and procedures

Basic computer skills for recording inspection data and quality records

Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspection duties throughout the shift

Reliable transportation to the Sturtevant, WI area
