We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dedicated healthcare team serving the Midwest region. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support by floating between departments as needed.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.

Education and Licensure

Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant authorized to practice in the relevant state within the Midwest region.

Experience and Skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong independent work ethic, creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to calm and support distressed or agitated patients and their families.
• Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements.
