Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer

Position Overview As a Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the South Florida market in Miami, FL. This role is an in‑office position focused on managing a high‑performing Mortgage Loan Officer team and delivering expert loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements. Responsibilities Recommend loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and clients’ requirements. Manage daily loan activities of a small, high‑performing Mortgage Loan Officer team. Maintain a portfolio of customer relationships and seek opportunities to retain and develop new clients. Prepare loan solutions, refer additional banking products, and review documentation to ensure compliance. Grow, retain, and develop an effective sales force to cover the geographic market. Manage own and team’s pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Apply PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework by assessing and managing associated risks. Demonstrate customer focus by aligning solutions with client needs and satisfaction. Manage risk by ensuring adherence to policy and operational objectives.
