Job Title: Client RN Role Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred License: WA/Compact RN license required within 2 weeks (Pending is acceptable if application has been submitted) Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in obstetric emergencies such as placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, and pregnancy induced hypertension. - Knowledge of triaging obstetrical patients over the phone. - Ability to respond to inquiries via electronic health record systems. - Experience in labor and delivery is encouraged to apply. Description: This role is located within a Client Fetal Medicine clinic. An RN in this position needs to be well-versed in various obstetric emergencies. The RN is expected to triage inquiries appropriately over the phone as needed. The RN will respond to inquiries via electronic health records and voice messages. Additional duties involve providing maternity and gynecological care to women. Experience with electronic health record systems is required. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. Weekend shifts are not required. References covering one year of experience within the last three years are mandatory for compliance. Local candidates are accepted for this role. The position requires knowledge of labor and delivery, triage of obstetrical patients, and the use of external fetal heart monitoring.
