Highly Motivated Residential Electrical Apprentice

Electric Service Company is looking for a highly motivated Residential Electrical Apprentice who wants to learn, improve, and become a skilled electrician. Job Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with residential service work, remodels, and new installations
• Install wiring, lighting, receptacles, switches, panels, and electrical equipment
• Carry and organize tools and materials
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Help troubleshoot electrical problems
• Follow electrical codes, company procedures, and safety requirements
• Communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibility as experience increases

Qualifications

• Electrical or construction experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be willing to register as an electrical apprentice
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Able to lift materials, climb ladders, and work in attics and crawl spaces
• Must be dependable, honest, and drug-free
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
