FIELD REPRESENTATIVE / SR. INSPECTOR

Position Overview
The Field Representative/Sr. Inspector is responsible for on-site representation and construction administration for stormwater, utility, site development, and roadway projects. This role ensures that construction efforts align with design intent and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum four (4) years in construction inspections.
Specialization: Mandatory experience in roadway, stormwater management, and utility construction.
Local Knowledge: Treasure Coast experience is preferred.
Compliance: Valid driver’s license; must pass background review and drug-free workplace screenings.
FDOT Certifications
CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I & II
CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I & II
FDOT Intermediate or Advanced MOT
Nuclear Radiation Safety
Key Responsibilities
Construction Administration: Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid/technical specifications, and shop drawing reviews.
Field Inspections: Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Project Coordination: Prepare project schedules/budgets and review monthly construction estimates.
Liaison & Certification: Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies; facilitate final project certifications.
Design Support: Assess the constructability of designs for project managers and engineers.
Employment Details
Status: Full-Time
Supervision: Reports to the Director of Construction Services, Project Managers, and the President.
