Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Equipment Operator to join our cardboard manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting in the operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of production equipment used to produce corrugated cardboard products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing no prior experience required, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and operating cardboard manufacturing machines (corrugators, die cutters, folder-gluers, etc.)
• Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operation and consistent product quality
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet basic quality standards
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Report any machine issues or safety concerns to supervisors
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• No prior machine operating experience required training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic
• Commitment to following safety guidelines

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
