Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday)

Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour to start

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire (Eligible for permanent hire after 90 days)
Job Description

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Operators I to join our team in East Houston. This is a premier temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent daytime schedule, steady overtime, and excellent long-term growth potential.

In this role, you will support our manufacturing and raw material processing operations, ensuring products are safely handled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Operate processing equipment involved in mining, coal, and powder coating material production.
  
  
• Bagging & Packaging: Accurately measure, bag, and seal finished powder coating products and bulk materials.
  
  
• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of bags and materials to ensure compliance with strict safety and quality standards.
  
  
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe industrial work environment; adhere to all PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  
  
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial warehouse, bagging, or heavy material handling environment is highly preferred.
  
  
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift and comfortably lift and maneuver heavy bags/materials.
  
  
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and the ability to work standard 1st shift hours (6 AM - 4 PM, Mon-Fri).
