Amazon Science in Palo Alto is seeking a leader to manage a team working on Large Language Model (LLM) and Vision-Language Model (VLM) post-training and alignment for innovative shopping experiences. You will set the roadmap and vision for science investments across multiple new customer experiences and optimize existing experiences to deliver the most helpful AI shopping assistant in the industry. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in LLM post-training, RLHF, DPO, fine-tuning, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Amazon Science
