What You'll Be Doing

• Manage an established book of Personal Lines business while building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and trusted insurance guidance.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and coverage reviews.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages when appropriate.
• Work closely with producers and carrier partners to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
• Focus on servicing clients while a dedicated claims department handles claims-related matters.

What We're Looking For

• Personal Lines Account Management experience
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• A warm, personable communication style with a genuine desire to help clients.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
