Job Summary

XO Continental Marketing & Branding is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our client base. In this role, you'll meet with local business owners, generate new leads, build relationships, and close marketing service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit local businesses to generate new sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present XO's marketing solutions, including:
• • Social Media Management
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Website Design
  • SEO
  • Branding & Creative Services
  • Video Production
• Schedule client meetings and conduct sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals and follow up until deals are closed.
• Maintain accurate sales activities in CRM.
• Meet monthly sales and activity goals.
• Represent the company professionally in the community and at networking events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, marketing sales, or business development preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and visiting businesses.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Multilingual is a huge plus
