Salary: USD 23 per hour Our client in Gloucester, MA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. This role involves assembling electro-mechanical components and following detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality products. Pay: $23/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies. Build PCBAs, cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and power supplies. Configure purchased components to customer specifications. Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues. Follow all safety, quality, and workplace organization standards. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Participate in cross-training and assist with training when needed. Requirements Experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality.
