The candidate must possess the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects to continue the growth of this highly desirable renovation company in the Bala Cynwyd, Penn Valley, Gladwyne, Villanova, Bryn Mawr and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve project issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conduct site meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and maintain quality control.
