We have employees throughout the organization who have been with us from three months to forty-eight years!About the Role: The Financial Director role requires progressively responsible financial and accounting management expertise needed to oversee a budget in excess of $20 million and a staff of four accounting personnel. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role collaborates on strategic planning and presenting to the Board of Directors.Background in financial report preparation, statistical reports and the audit process needed. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible financial and accounting management and supervisory experience. Public sector experience (government financing, public bond indebtedness and risk management) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance, with a master’s degree in business or public administration preferred and CPA strongly preferred. The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of bond issuance, investment management and establishing relationships with the financial community and experience in managing automated financial systems with multiple cost centers.
