As a Full-Time Member Service Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you'll be at the forefront of servicing our members with their day-to-day transactions, ensuring a seamless experience that exemplifies our dedication to customer service. Your role will include balancing your drawer accurately, opening new accounts, and facilitating loan intake. You'll have the opportunity to educate our members about our diverse range of products and services, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals. Are you the Member Service Specialist we're looking for? Minimum 6 months of customer service experience Passion for helping others Strong problem‑solving skills Initiative taker Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Punctuality and regular onsite attendance Preferred experience: Loan experience Cash handling Schedule (subject to change) Monday: 8:45 am-4:40 pm Tuesday: 8:45 am-4:40 pm Wednesday: 8:45 am-4:40 pm Thursday: 8:45 am-4:40 pm Friday: 8:45 am-5:10 pm Will you join our team?
