Emergency Medicine Physician

Rural Texas | 1099 | $150/Hour
Extremely Low Volume | 14-Bed Hospital | Flexible 24–48 Hour Shifts

She Recruits is partnering with a rural Texas critical access hospital to recruit an Emergency Medicine Physician (or qualified FP/IM with ER experience) for a very low-volume emergency department.

Compensation

$150 per hour (1099)

Flexible 24-hour or 48-hour shift options.

Schedule
1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
1:00 AM – 1:00 PM
24-hour or 48-hour shift models available
Physician or APP coverage model

Designed for providers comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting.

Average 0.6 patients per hour
