Front Of House Associate / Assistant Manager

BTW – Burgers Tacos Wings & Seafood BTW is looking for a dependable, energetic, and creative Front of House Associate / Assistant Manager to help oversee daily front-of-house operations and assist with social media content creation. This is a mostly part-time position with growth opportunities for the right person. Responsibilities Provide strong customer service and assist guests Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions Oversee kiosk operations and manage out-of-stock items Coordinate delivery orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic operational calls (maintenance, SkyTab support, vendors, etc.) Help maintain smooth front-of-house operations Capture and post content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms Promote specials, events, and new menu items online Qualifications Reliable, professional, and organized Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using social media and creating content Restaurant or customer service experience preferred Basic leadership or assistant manager experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Burgers Tacos Wings & Seafood
