About the Role:
Direct Enterprise LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager/Residential Energy Sales Consultant to join our growing team.. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts in the booming residential energy market while making a real impact for homeowners and the environment. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for residential energy solutions through door-to-door, referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer energy needs and present tailored solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and customer onboarding
- Mentor, coach, and manage a team of energy sales consultants to meet and exceed targets
- Track sales performance metrics and report on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Stay current on residential energy products, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
