This Joint is staffing up for our extreme makeunder!Competitive pay and benefits including medical and supplemental insurance, on-demand pay, referral bonus, 401(k) and PTO!Position SummaryEnsuring cleanliness of the bar area including bar supply storage areas, preparing vacated bar space for new guests, maintain a well-stocked bar area to expedite guest service and assisting bartenders as needed.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesRemoves all dishes and other items from bar following the mealCleans and prepares bar area for new guests in accordance to the Joint's standardsPerforms opening, closing and ongoing cleaning side work as assignedAssists bartending staff by answering guest questions, pre-bussing, refilling N/A beverages etc. to ensure quality guest experienceChanging out empty kegs and maintenance of beer and returnable storageSupports bartending and waitstaff in other duties as requiredStocking and preparing bar suppliesPerforms other work-related duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.) Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred High energy and stamina are required Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Strong verbal communication skills required Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required Excellent customer service to treat patrons like family Ability to read menus, safety documents, and other work-related documentsPhysical Demands And Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
