Contract | Rotating Shifts | 12-hour weekend shifts with potential 8-hour weekday shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub surgical cases including neuro, orthopedic, trauma, cardiac, and exploratory laparotomy procedures
• Operate within a high-volume OR environment with approximately 75 cases per day across 23 suites???
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call rotations as assigned, with a 45-minute call response time requirement
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient care coordination
• Collaborate with charge nurses and surgical team members across all assigned shifts
• Take equal call responsibility as permanent staff, including assigned call center coverage for circulator and tech call

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with Operating Room experience
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Proficiency circulating neuro, orthopedic, and trauma surgical cases
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill weeknight call (3–4 times per 4-week period) and weekend call (minimum 1 shift per 4-week period) requirements
• EPIC EMR experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Scrubbing experience in neuro, orthopedic, trauma, or cardiac cases
• Familiarity with self-scheduling OR environments
