Experienced Service Advisor Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns and needs, and document them accurately. Explain services, repair options, and associated costs clearly and professionally. Answer customer questions, address concerns, and ensure they understand the repair process. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively. Service Coordination: Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure repairs are performed efficiently. Schedule appointments, manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and coordinate with other departments. Verify warranty and service contract coverage. Prepare and manage repair orders, including labor and parts costs. Follow up with customers on service status and ensure timely completion of repairs. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to customers. Promote dealership services and build customer loyalty. Achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records and service history. Utilize price sheets and service menus. Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
