We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Associate / Leasing Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving occupancy, generating revenue, and delivering outstanding customer experience from first contact through move-in.

What You'll Do

• Convert prospect inquiries into qualified appointments and leases.
• Conduct engaging property tours that showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text communication.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and close leases.
• Meet and exceed occupancy, revenue, and leasing goals.
• Process rental applications and lease documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain prospect traffic, leasing activity, and resident information within property management software.
• Develop outreach marketing initiatives to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewal efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing skills and customer relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, or similar property management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.
