Insurance Producer Opportunity

Our personal lines insurance team is expanding and seeking an insurance producer. In this role, you'll enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule, and leverage your exceptional sales skills and entrepreneurial mindset to build your own book of insurance business. Producers enjoy a compensation plan that includes a salary, generous first year commissions, as well as incredible long term earning potential through unlimited annual renewal commissions on business you bring in. BayCoast Insurance also provides a competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401K with company match, and a pension plan fully funded by BayCoast. What you will do:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities by building your own referral networks, professional networking channels, and leveraging the use of CRM tools to maximize sales.
- Make outbound calls to your own prospective clients, as well as leads provided by BayCoast Insurance
- Present consultative insurance proposals tailored to the needs of each individual client, with a focus on writing multiple lines of business for each client
- Conduct and document follow up sales calls until each lead is resolved.
- Earn each client's trust, and develop lasting relationships to ensure they renew with you each year, and provide referrals
- Input and keep detailed records of all sales activity within CRM
- Consistently achieve sales goals and performance metrics set by the organization
Qualifications:
While a Property & Casualty insurance producers license is required for this role, we encourage unlicensed candidates to apply as well. BayCoast will work with the right candidate to obtain the required licensing.
Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus
