What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls in a calm, cheerful, and professional manner. Create a welcoming experience and help every client feel valued. Schedule appointments and help manage the hospital’s daily calendar. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Document detailed notes and communications within the medical record. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients. Coordinate communication between departments and hospital team members.
