About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring scalable growth and data-driven decision-making, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to align financial goals with the organization's vision. Key duties include overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and M&A activities, developing and implementing robust financial systems, and managing treasury functions to ensure financial stability. The CFO will also be involved in shaping the company's financial strategy, leading impactful initiatives in M&A, ERP integration, and scalable infrastructure, and will be expected to provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, experience in leading financial audits, and proven expertise in treasury and cash flow management. Experience with ERP implementation, financial systems integration, and a demonstrated ability to scale businesses through greenfield growth and M&A integration are also essential. Proficiency in financial modeling, KPI dashboard development, and operational fluency in construction or field services environments are preferred.
