In this role, you'll work with a small group—just four students in 2nd and 3rd grade—ensuring they have the individualized support and instruction they deserve. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-8 students
• Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Skilled in designing lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and faculty
• Proactive, creative, and passionate about special education

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction aligned with IEP goals to a caseload of four students
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff
• Track and document student progress using data-driven strategies
• Foster an inclusive, patient learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and needs
• Engage in ongoing professional development
