Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) Location: New Orleans, LA Duration: 3 Months with Possible Extension Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Requirements: Active RN License (State or Compact) – Required. BLS Certification – Required. Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience – Required. Experience with ENT, Plastics, and Robotics procedures required. Job Description: Providing safe and effective patient care using the Nursing Process. Assessing patient and family learning needs and implementing appropriate teaching strategies. Communicating and coordinating effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Managing nursing resources efficiently and supporting team collaboration. Using clinical data and knowledge to improve patient outcomes and care processes. Promoting patient satisfaction, teamwork, and professional nursing standards. Performing other related duties as assigned.
