Job Description The Collections Enforcement Section is seeking candidates for a supervisory role. This position operates on a hybrid in-person/remote schedule, headquartered at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio. Key Responsibilities Supervise and train assigned staff. Conduct staff meetings and perform monthly phone monitoring. Assist team members with difficult callers or accounts. Monitor workflow and assist in work distribution. Establish work procedures and performance goals. Evaluate record-keeping policies and recommend improvements. Prepare records and reports. Troubleshoot business tool issues with IT Services. Handle sensitive public contact and public relations duties. Qualifications Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory or Team Lead experience. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Experience in a call center environment.
