We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our incredible team! What You’ll Be Doing: Leading a classroom of 4 and 5 year‑old children with warmth, patience, and joy. Creating engaging weekly lesson plans and fun, developmentally appropriate circle times, art and science projects. Using Teaching Strategies to observe and assess children and their development. Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Supporting each child's growth and learning through play, routine, and positive guidance. What We’re Looking For: A fun, caring, and reliable educator who’s excited to make a difference. Strong communication skills and a great work ethic. Someone who enjoys a balance of structure and creativity. Minimum Level 2 on Colorado Shines PDIS is required. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required. At least one year of experience working in a childcare setting is required. Experience leading a childcare classroom is strongly preferred. Ability to pass a background check. High school diploma or GED required. Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule: Full‑time, year‑round position Four 10‑hour days (Saturdays and Sundays off with an additional day off during the week.)
