Salary: 2 unit- $45, 3 unit- $50, 4 unit- $55, eval- $85

• Evaluate and treat children and young adults with diverse needs, including developmental delays, neurological conditions, sensory processing challenges, and more.
• Create customized care plans to help your clients thrive in daily activities like play, education, self-care, and social participation.
• Collect and document clinical progress while keeping up with HIPAA guidelines and ethical practices.

Who You Are as an Occupational Therapist
Youre an enthusiastic OT with:

• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• A knack for promoting independence with gross/fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and cognitive development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to connect with clients, families, and your team.
• A commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practices.
• A license to practice in Texas and adherence to the Texas Practice Act & Rules and AOTA Code of Ethics.
