Unit Manager, RN

Role: Unit Manager/Director - RN Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes. Lead, coordinate, and oversee nursing and patient/resident care within an assigned unit. Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university. Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
