Shipping Clerk Duties:

• Check in drivers for cargo recovery or drop-off and update details in Google Sheets and X Control.
• Maintain accurate cargo information and file related paperwork as required.
• Monitor and respond to emails within 10 minutes; contact drivers or dispatch (Apex/Brokers) only when necessary.
• Activate GPS tracking for assigned trucks and ensure tracking accuracy.
• Send detailed daily turnover reports at the end of each shift.

Schedule & Pay:

Days off may vary (2 days off during the week)

• 1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $18/hr
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM | $19/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20/hr

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of Shipping Clerk experience
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to type without looking at the keyboard
