Collaborating with attorneys, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of claims. 4. Documenting all claim activity accurately and comprehensively in the claims management system. 5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in workers compensation claims adjustment. 6. Providing expert advice and guidance to internal teams and clients on workers compensation claims matters. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Consulting Workers Comp Claims Adjuster position will possess the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in workers compensation claims adjustment, with a focus on investigation and negotiation/settlement. 3. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage difficult conversations and achieve positive outcomes. 6.
