The Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.Project Manager Required Qualifications:5+ years of MEP project management experience on commercial or infrastructure construction projects.5+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.5+ years track record of delivering on-time projects. 5+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.5+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.5+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.5+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.
