Each contributor is a leaf on the tree, performing important tasks to enable the whole tree to grow and become stronger — ultimately benefiting the leaf itself. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Research Manager to lead and oversee research initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This role requires leadership, timeline oversight and management, and strategic planning capabilities. The Senior Research Manager will play a critical role in shaping operational objectives, ensuring excellence in execution, and delivering high-impact outcomes across our portfolio of research studies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the study design and rollout of multiple research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client priorities. Assign work and provide direction to junior research team members and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of goals and accountability. Collaborate with senior leadership to review objectives and evaluate success. Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and project deliverables; monitor and adjust work plans as needed. Drive initiatives that enhance effectiveness of research operations and outputs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred. 3+ years of experience in a research-related field, with at least 1 year in a project/ research management role. Proven experience overseeing project timelines and budgets. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize across multiple initiatives at once. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to balance high-level strategy with operational execution. Compensation The base salary is $110,000 and will be determined to be commensurate with experience. The full compensation package includes stock option grants and additional benefits, including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k plan.
