Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Valid Arizona School Psychologist license, in good standing
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience working in school settings with diverse age groups is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective relationships with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop interventions, and participate in IEP/504 planning

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students referred through the multi-tiered support system
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop individualized student intervention plans
• Offer crisis management, behavioral consultation, and counseling as needed
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations to support student learning and social emotional growth
• Assist in compliance with state and federal educational standards
• Facilitate parent consultations and offer resources to families regarding student needs
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and progress reports in accordance with school policy
