Housekeeper / Room Attendant
Pay: $16.00 per Hour
Shift: AM Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Room Attendant with turndown service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while ensuring all hotel brand standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and review room assignments.
• Prepare and maintain housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, cleaning supplies, and PPE.
• Clean and service guest rooms, including:
  • Changing bed linens and making beds to brand standards.
  • Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  • Sanitizing high-touch areas.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms.
  • Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors.
  • Emptying trash and replenishing guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, odor-free, and presentation-ready.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and guest concerns.
• Properly handle, sort, and transport linens according to hotel procedures.
• Update room status accurately and meet daily productivity goals (12–18 rooms per shift).
• Maintain quality standards required for inspections and guest satisfaction.
• Clean and organize equipment and work areas at the end of each shift.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
