About the Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Floor Supervisor / Lead Server to help lead FOH operations in a busy tapas full service restaurant. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced server who is ready to take the next step into leadership while remaining actively involved on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example while actively serving guests during each shift.
Support daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Coach and mentor servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff during service.
Assist with training and onboarding new front-of-house team members.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and reinforce service standards and daily priorities.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Support floor management by coordinating seating, table turns, and service flow.
Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily operational tasks.
Partner with restaurant leadership to foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
2+ years of serving experience, with previous leadership, trainer, or shift lead experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of FOH restaurant operations in a high-volume environment.
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members while working alongside them.
