Position Summary Concentra is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Full-Time Lead Registered Nurse for an onsite position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's site in Marion, OH. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM Salary: Starting at $85,000 The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for promoting the delivery of client-specific patient care
within onsite health care facilities through training and support of fellow onsite teams. This role involves
coordinating clinical operations/protocols/compliance, providing guidance and support to the clinical
teams, and collaborating with Concentra and client leadership teams to develop and implement process
improvements and consistency. This role may also be for a dedicated onsite client with multiple locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a resource for onsite nurses across the country to ensure best practices are established
and followed at each site
• Participates in supplemental onboarding and training of both Concentra and client systems and
protocols
• Identifies additional training opportunities for onsite colleagues
• Site-specific monitoring of client-specific reporting metrics and ensuring local Concentra leaders
have visibility into surveillance and other compliance metrics
• Screen final onsite staff candidates (new, replacement) to ensure compatibility with and
understanding of Client's program requirements
• Serve as a resource for Concentra management to help create new solutions and identify
enhanced programming needs; supports deployment of new solutions/programs for Client sites
• Demonstrates proficiency with computer systems, including EMRs and MS Office programs
(Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Occasional travel, as required, for specific training needs, site meetings, and local staff support

and other paperwork.

Education/Credentials Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: Nursing Degree must be from an accredited college or university. Education Details:

Education/Credentials Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: Nursing Degree must be from an accredited college or university. Education Details:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program
- Current registration/license in the state where employed
- Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification
- Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field
