Your Role As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store experience. Support Store Leadership to maximize opportunities and drive KPI results. You're a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room, and hold associates accountable. Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture. Teamwork: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. Celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement. Visual & operational innovation: execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
