We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help modernize our deployment infrastructure: replacing legacy bootstrapping systems, building services that integrate with our testing and artifact pipelines, and enabling teams across the company to deploy software reliably to autonomous vehicles.This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and embedded systems. You'll build tools and services in Python, Rust, or Go that interact with ECUs, integrate with test frameworks, and connect to artifact management systems. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Latitude employees are also eligible to participate in Latitude’s annual bonus programs, equity compensation, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.Candidates for positions with Latitude AI must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
