Required Before Privileges:

Illinois Medical License - REQUIRED
Illinois CDS - REQUIRED
Illinois DEA - REQUIRED

Case Logs: REQUIRED

Proof of epidurals
Proof of spinals
Proof of blocks

CLINICAL ROLE

Specialty: Anesthesiology Practice Model: Medical Directed Model Daily Staffing:

1 Anesthesiologist
3 CRNAs

CASE MIX

Approximately 3,700 cases annually , including:

General orthopedic procedures
Joint replacements
Spine procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals is REQUIRED.

Required block experience includes:

Brachial plexus blocks
Truncal blocks
Lower extremity blocks
Interscalene blocks
Adductor blocks
Popliteal blocks

CREDENTIALING

Required case documentation: Candidate must provide case logs demonstrating experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
