About the Role:

Join ANGEL MERCY CAREGIVERS LLC as a CNA/GNA/HHA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

• Current CNA, GNA, or HHA certification in Maryland.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and health care practices.
• Background check and drug screening required.
