With more than 25 years’ experience, we make the process smooth and easy by identifying issues before they become a problem. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can lead a job site with confidence, and works well with both clients and team members. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead and manage carpentry projects on-site Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Perform high-quality finish and rough carpentry Coordinate daily tasks for crew members Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Uphold company standards for craftsmanship and professionalism Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred) Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling Ability to manage a job site independently Skilled in finish carpentry, framing, and installations Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Open to working in the field 1–2 days per week Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on job sites daily What We Offer Competitive pay 401K Health Insurance Paid Vacation Holiday Pay Opportunity for growth and leadership Supportive team environment High-quality projects and clients Compensation Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience to View email address on click.appcast.io Photos of previous work are a plus.
