Substitute Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 2026-2027 School Year - (N111-2627)

Substitute Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide state mandated health services to students under the direction of the Health Services Coordinator.
Experience with nursing procedures (tracheotomy, G-tube feedings, catheterization, diabetic care, etc.) highly preferred.
Ability to medically document in a professional and thorough manner.
Ability to exercise professionalism and confidentiality when providing information to the students, parents, and staff.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with students, parent, staff, and other personnel.
Successful experience working in school health or in the area of pediatrics, desirable.
Must have own transportation.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Connecticut.
Current First Aid/CPR Certification.
$35.00 per hour.
