Keep communication flowing with your team and dispatch. Stay organized-clean truck, updated inventory, accurate paperwork. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent calls professionally. Train regularly and keep your certifications up to date-we've got your back on this.Who we're looking for:2+ years of HVAC experience (Look at our maintenance role if you're getting into the field). You take pride in your work and love solving problems. You're a team player with strong communication skills.
